  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in Labor Law

Time keeping/ Attendance monitoring

Recruitment, Hiring process, On boarding

Employee relations/ Company events

Training and Development

Performance Evaluation

Handling complaints, Grievance procedures

Handling 201 files and other Confidential documents

  • Handling in Liaison role

Familiar with SSS,Pag-Ibig Fund, Philhealth, DOLE and other Government reports.

  • Preferably have HR experience in Retail Business- Supermarket/Department Store and Merchandising.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Work Location: BGC TAGUIG
