Job Requirements
- Bachelors or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Compensation and Benefits and Admin tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Knowledge of basic structures for compensation, taxes, and wages.
- Workers compensation knowledge.
- Benefits administration.
- Proficiency in MS Applications, particularly in MS Excel, and information analysis.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Overall, in charge for the Compensation and Benefits Process for Workers and Staff.
- Processing of Employees Salary Loan and Cash Advance
- Assist in the issuance of Bereavement Assistance
- Preparation of Request with the attachment of Death Certificate
- In charge in enrolling and receiving of companys benefits
- Process all Accident Report received from Site offices
- Reporting of Employees subject for Government Loan Benefits deductions to Payroll and Accounting Department (Loans and other deductions related to Government Agencies)
- Overall in charge in processing of Employees Separation
- Checking of Security Agency Billing Statement on their Security Guards
- Handle Administrative tasks for the HR Department
- Prepares weekly report on the task handled.
- Performs other work-related tasks assigned by the Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Supervisor and HR Manager.
