He/She will provide smooth administrative support to the Human Resources Department/Training by ensuring accuracy and promptness at all times. He/She assists with day-to-day operations of the HR/Training functions, primarily focusing on facilitating effective programs to ensure the company offers the best possible training experience.

- Track and report pariticipant progress
- Generate training-related reports and analytics
- Provide administrative support for training programs
- Help with content creation and updates
- Manage training schedules and logistics
- Communicate effectively with trainers and participants
- Facilitate Training Program
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills for efficient program management
- Perform other tasks assigned by head
- Graduate of Psychology or related field
- With 1 year work experience as HR Generalist
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with HR tools
- Knowledge with Labor relations, laws and practices
- Excellent computer skills
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu
