HR Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team at Custom Metal Works x The Fat Chair. As a leading design and build furniture manufacturer, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and fostering a creative, productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

• Assist with payroll preparation and attendance monitoring.

• Maintain and update employee files and ensure all HR data is accurate and confidential.

• Provide administrative support in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth workflow in the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Previous HR experience is a plus but not required.
