About the role

RGL BIO ALLIANCE CORPORATION is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Cainta Rizal. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This is a full-time position, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee records, managing personnel files, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating HR-related activities, such as scheduling interviews, arranging training sessions, and organising employee events
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data and records
  • Supporting the HR team in special projects and initiatives as needed
  • What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR Assistant or administrative role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
