HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Administers and coordinates employee benefits programs such as HMO, Life Insurance, company loans, and other fringe benefits.
• Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for HMO and maintains statistical data relative to premiums, claims, and costs. Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives.
• Participates in HR meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
• Perform other HR duties or special projects as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager or the Head of the department.
• Must be a team player and work well with co-employees, superiors and customers.
• Presents a positive attitude about the company and promotes our services to customers.
• Keep track of all HR related documents and store them in their designated envelopes/boxes/drawers.
• Record and provide answers to employees questions about their payroll and attendances.
• Uphold confidentiality of all HR discussions and concerns.
• Capable of performing other clerical and administrative tasks assigned.

Job requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
• Has strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
