HR Assistant

As the HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
• Providing timely and accurate support to employees on various HR-related inquiries, including leaves, compensation and benefits, attendance, and other HR policies
• Processing, verifying, and maintaining HR documentation related to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Assisting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in handling disciplinary cases through investigation and issuing necessary notices
• Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and program.
• The position is also required to do field work and have regular site visits to assist and handle HR Related Concerns.
• Handle other activities that may assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years’ experience or background in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Excellent in written and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.
