The HR Analyst is responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, documents and process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and compile HR data and documents from a variety of sources.
• Prepare documents and reports as needed.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR information.
• Ensure company HR practices comply with local regulations.
Position Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate of any Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Legal Management or any Business-related courses
- Effective communication, highly organized, detail oriented
- Willing to work under contractual period
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Willing to be based in Brgy Saguin, San Fernando Pampanga
