We're Hiring: HR Admin/Liaison Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator with proven experience in labor law compliance, permits processing, and general HR functions. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and manage employee documentation and administrative processes.

Location: Taguig/Alabang, Philippines

Work Mode: Work From Office

Role: HR/Admin Staff

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle processing and renewal of work permits, visas, and other employee-related legal documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage HR correspondence and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves).
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in processing permits, visas, or similar compliance-related documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
