A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As an HR Administrator, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Australian HR team across various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, HR system maintenance, payroll support, and documentation. You’ll help ensure efficient HR operations that support a positive team culture and excellent employee experience.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing packs
Conduct reference and background checks, and maintain recruitment systems
Manage onboarding tasks: offer letters, documentation tracking, IT coordination
Update HR reports and track employment statuses
Assist in fortnightly and monthly payroll setup via KeyPay
Administer employee programs and engagement initiatives (e.g. rewards and recognition)
Run reports and track compliance (e.g. probations, visas, vaccine status)
Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are up to date and compliant
Assist with exit processes, contract changes, and general HR inquiries
Support workplace safety records and incident reporting processes
A BIT ABOUT YOU
2+ years in a similar HR administration role
Strong administrative and computer literacy skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Proactive, with strong organization and time management abilities
HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred
Experience with KeyPay and JobAdder systems a plus
