Oversee recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of Retail experience in HR management or related field.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
