About the Role:

As the HR Admin Assistant, you will support our Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and employee engagement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven mental health practice.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily reviewing, monitoring, and updating all employee HR files;
  • Downloading and uploading documents to HR files;
  • Monitoring the company’s HR email and responding to emails everyday;
  • Review all employee time off and sick time requests;
  • Write offer letters and send potential employees employment packages and required;
  • Send out monthly emails of staff birthdays;
  • Assists with onboarding and offboarding employees;
  • Assists with the performance review process;
  • Assists with end-to-end recruitment;
  • Coordinates credentialing process with the admin director and billing department;
  • Responsibilities may vary and change pursuant to the Center’s needs

  • Computer Skills – Must be proficient in using common programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and be able to operate basic office machines such as a copier and printer

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and team members
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and manage schedules efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Rate:

$3.00 per hour, full-time

Benefits:

  • Possible raise of pay
  • $10.00 per month for internet allowance assistance after 90 days
  • Additional $20.00 per month for health allowance plus 5-day vacation leave and 3-day sick leave credits (not convertible to cash) if passed the annual evaluation
