We're Hiring: HR Admin Assistant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Assistant to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Location: Pasig, Philippines

Work Mode: Work From Office

Role: HR Admin Assistant

What You'll Do

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings and interview scheduling

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies

Support the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate training sessions

Help organize employee engagement activities and events

Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

A team player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
