- Manage hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and partners
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, amenities, and hotel policies
- Process reservations efficiently and ensure all booking details are correct
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Consistently meet performance goals for productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer communications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of hotel reservation systems and booking procedures
- Proficient computer skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage guest inquiries effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- 6 Months of experience needed
