What You'll Do
Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries
Manage incoming calls and emails related to bookings
Process reservations accurately and efficiently
Provide information on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Handle changes and cancellations professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using reservation systems or CRM software is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
