Create and post job advertisements on both free and paid job portals, as well as social media platforms.
Source and pre-screen candidates' CVs based on client-provided qualifications and requirements.
Conduct initial phone interviews to verify qualifications and invite candidates for client interviews.
Endorse qualified candidates to the client.
Prepare endorsement letters for shortlisted candidates.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Send weekly reports (DAR/WAR) and Hired Forms for each successfully hired candidate.
