Home Based HSE Analyst

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based HSE Analyst requires a hands-on, problem-solving approach, embracing challenges and taking initiative to deliver impactful results. With a "plow horse" mentality, you will work collaboratively to implement real, actionable improvements that support our compliance and sustainability initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update compliance-related data across third-party platforms such as ISNetworld, Veriforce, and Avetta, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Coordinate and lead the annual update of insurance certificates, including processing and responding to client certificate requests.
- Analyze data from the HSE Management System (Microsoft Power Apps) by categorizing reports, identifying trends, and following up with report submitters as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into HSE performance, trends, and risks.
- Draft and distribute weekly safety communications, including incident summaries, trend analyses, and tailgate safety topics.
- Manage document control across multiple platforms, including the HSE intranet site, ensuring version accuracy and accessibility.
- Support audits, corrective action tracking and close-out, and other Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in HSE compliance, safety administration, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HSE software platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, and other contractor compliance platforms.
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and industry safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.

- Salary Range: Php 45,000 - 55,000

- Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
