Job Duties:

● Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger

maintenance.

● Compile financial reports, analyzing and reporting variances.

● Manage invoicing, including tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues.

● Handle preparation and submission of bank draws.

● Develop and oversee project budgets to ensure financial efficacy.

● Process payroll accurately and timely.

● Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and regulatory requirements.

● Ensure timely submission of monthly sales and use tax.

● Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

● Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

● Sales and Use tax Filings

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related

field.

● 5-10 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in real estate

development or a related industry.

● Proficient in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.

● In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

● Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
