- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as bookings, reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes
- Provide accurate information on flights, accommodations, policies, and travel guidelines
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive travel experience
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data privacy policies
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear, confident, and empathetic communication
