A day in the life of...
- Monitors e-mails and requests received through generic mailbox
- Creates cases for data requests received through generic mailbox in a timely & accurate manner
- Monitors and completes data request cases received through case management system
- Verifies that data requests are authorized by the right submitters
- Executes initial checking of data requests received
- Categorizes data requests based on nature and urgency
- Assigns data requests or cases to appropriate processors
- Executes measurement of distribution and timely completion of data requests
- Active participation on NCE: continuous improvement activities, work together with the team to review and improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of HRA processes
- Initiates process improvements to increase efficiency in the workplace
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any Business related course
- System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues
- Able to create process documentations
- Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner
- Able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
- With strong customer orientation and exceptional commitment to deliver timely & quality service
- Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team
- Can work with minimum supervision
- With good interpersonal skills
- Good training skills
- Willing to be assigned on any night schedule
