About the role

Lifebridge Dialysis Center is seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Hemodialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This is a full-time position, and you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to the community.

What you'll be doing

• Assessing patients' health status and monitoring their vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Administering medications and fluids as prescribed by the physician
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding the dialysis process, dietary restrictions, and medication management
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including documentation of all treatments and interventions
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized dialysis treatment environment
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest dialysis nursing practices

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license to practice in the Philippines and an HD Nurse Training Certificate
• Minimum of 0-2 years experience in hemodialysis nursing
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to safely operate dialysis equipment and monitor patients' responses to treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and prioritize tasks effectively
