Helper Mechanic

JOB SUMMARY:

The Helper/Mechanic with driving capability assists in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of company vehicles and equipment. The role also involves transporting materials, tools, and personnel to project sites as needed. Responsibilities include driving, preparing tools and materials, performing basic mechanical tasks under supervision, conducting vehicle checks, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or vocational/technical course in automotive or mechanical maintenance is an advantage.

• At least 1–3 years’ experience in driving & assisting mechanics or in a related role is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance and minor repairs.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.

• Must have a valid driver’s license (DL 1, 2, or 3) with a clean driving record.
