Shift: 12:00AM – 09:00AM Mon to Fri PHT
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing healthcare technology delivery processes to ensure operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role supervises healthcare professionals, manages patient scheduling and workflow, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and uphold regulatory standards
- Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations, including patient scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are met.
- Analyze and manage healthcare data to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT departments to support seamless operations.
- Implement best practices in healthcare management and continuously identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.\
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or related roles with US-based companies.
- At least one (1) year of experience managing a team in a healthcare setting with US-based companies.
- Must have a stable employment history
- Proficient in using healthcare software and managing healthcare-related data (e.g., EMRs like Epic, Cerner, NextGen).
- Experience documenting operational workflows.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to learn new technical systems easily.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Comfortable and effective in rapidly changing environments.
- Commitment to patient care and service excellence.
- Clear and coherent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective client support and team collaboration.
