Join our dynamic team as a full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in our Cebu City office. In this key customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our healthcare clients, providing exceptional support and delivering a superior customer experience.
What you'll be doing
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate and timely information about our healthcare services and products
• Assist customers with problem-solving and resolution in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
