Are you a compassionate communicator who’s passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Healthcare Account Representative who thrives in a people-first environment and is dedicated to supporting both members and providers with care and professionalism.

In this role, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and accurately. You'll document all transactions using the appropriate tools, ask the right questions to uncover needs, and follow established protocols to deliver a consistently high standard of service. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with team members, other departments, and clients to find the best possible solutions.

Reporting to your team lead, you’ll also be expected to stay current with compliance trainings, maintain your assigned schedule, and contribute to a positive team culture by living out the ClearSource Core Values: Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy, and Healthy.

What you will do as a Healthcare Account Representative
  • Care for customers in accordance with ClearSource standards of quality
  • Attend to all the members’ and providers’ concerns in a timely manner
  • Formulate and ask relevant and important questions
  • Document transactions and customer interactions using the approved tools
  • Follow set processes, protocols, company rules, and team house rules
  • Collaborate with other CSRs, other departments, or clients to find appropriate solutions
  • Complete all compliance trainings on time
  • Work all assigned shifts and follow scheduled lunches and breaks
  • Live and teach the ClearSource Core Values (Customer First, Personal Accountability, Humble Courage, Hungry, Happy, and Healthy)
What We're Looking For
  • At least College Level.
  • Must have 1-year experience in Healthcare - Customer Service in a call center setting.
  • Training onsite
  • Excellent communication skills.
