• Handling inbound calls from customers, providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Continuously improving knowledge and skills to enhance service delivery

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and experience in data entry
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Adaptability and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
