What We’re Looking For
As the Head of Talent, reporting into the Global VP for HR, you play a critical role in supporting the execution of talent management programs and processes for out largest department at Tarro- Voice Platform Operations. The programs are focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent at Tarro (Wonders) at Dumaguete. The talent management programs and processes include Performance Management, including performance calibration, Talent Acquisition, Review/Succession Planning, Promotions, Engagement, Compensation Planning as well as supporting the development and growth of our People Managers as a coach and partner with front line managers to support the overarching employee experience.

What We’re Looking For
As the Head of Talent, reporting into the Global VP for HR, you play a critical role in supporting the execution of talent management programs and processes for out largest department at Tarro- Voice Platform Operations. The talent management programs and processes include Performance Management, including performance calibration, Talent Acquisition, Review/Succession Planning, Promotions, Engagement, Compensation Planning as well as supporting the development and growth of our People Managers as a coach and partner with front line managers to support the overarching employee experience.
What You’ll Accomplish
- You will act as a trusted partner to the Director of Customer Experience, aligning People & Places with Voice Platform Operations to support business priorities.
- You will lead engagement efforts, facility management and nursing clinics in Dumaguete, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-run workplace.
- You will drive talent acquisition for voice platform agents and team leads, overseeing everything from employer branding and assessment to onboarding.
- You will design and implement system improvements that eliminate repetitive tasks, leveraging automation and AI to increase efficiency and scalability.
- You will build a culture of care, accountability, and high performance across the People & Places team, balancing employee well-being with operational excellence as we continue to scale.
- Serve as the process expert for employee relations workflows, partnering with the systems team to automate labor-intensive tasks such as Notices to Explain, terminations, and attendance issue tracking, delivering clear gains in efficiency and compliance.
- Drive efficiency in high-volume recruiting for voice platform agents and team leads by applying technology, data, and strategy to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.
- Increase the efficiency and measurable impact of the engagement budget, ensuring activities directly drive retention, morale, and performance outcomes.
- Partner with Operations leadership to review and update the Code of Conduct, shaping it into a practical tool that supports how the team wants to operate rather than creating barriers.
- Collaborate with Training to redesign the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through certification, reducing unnecessary effort and spend while improving new hire success.
- Identify opportunities to make the clinic team more productive and accountable, with a focus on reducing absenteeism through proactive health initiatives and improved workplace hygiene practices.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- You have experience working in data, reporting, and analytics
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
- You have experience in supporting a global organization, rolling out globally aligned talent programs within a local context
- Willing to work onsite on an early shift
- You have experience in a consumer-driven industry with a passion for the customer.
- You have experience working with Bamboo HR, Culture Amp and/or Pave.
- You have experience working as a HRBP or have employee relations certifications
- You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
