Head of Reporting & Performance Excellence
Job Purpose
The Head of Reporting & Performance Excellence will help to drive central strategic initiatives to support reporting and performance excellence across the system. The role will ensure that partner reporting is efficient, effective and clear for both partners and internal business leaders. Critically, the role will also help to support continuous improvement of the IWG partner business while helping to deliver short-, medium- and longer-term growth and performance and reporting goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Excellence
- Own reporting success KPI's – Reporting clarity, accuracy, payment sla timing, and partner satisfaction
- Develop deep understanding of end to end reporting process, recommending improvements to simplify and improve the process
- Act as point of contact for partner reporting cross functionally
- Strategy - Analytics and Insights:
- Development of business analysis to support reporting and performance improvements
- Coordinates and synthesizes key challenges from business and partners
- Develop business insights to drive success vs defined performance targets
- Continuous Improvement:

- Identification, coordination, and support for partner system continuous improvement opportunities
- Execution and support of ad-hoc improvement initiatives
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in a commercial / strategic role, working in a complex, multi-channel and international environment
- Finance background and/or financial reporting experience advantageous
- Ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- A strong, confident decision maker with a proactive approach
- Prioritizes well and can manage in a high-pressure environment whilst working to tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills with a passionate attitude, used to dealing with ambiguous challenges and problem solving
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to recognise bigger the picture while working on day-to-day projects
- Ability to analyse and interpret information, identify issues and their causes, and use good judgment in making decisions to resolve issues
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in different forms and with different audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Skilled in continuous process improvement, able to define current processes, identify improvement opportunities and drive improvement results
