Head of Operations Auto/Moto

Description

· Operations Leadership: Lead and manage the Sales team and act as a center of competence, providing expertise to other departments and cross-department collaboration (Operations, Antifraud, Collections, and Customer service).

· Dealer/Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners to support business objectives.

· Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

· Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7 years of operations management experience in multinational financing companies and BPOs.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams or acting as a center of competence.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing business operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with automotive or motorcycle products and services is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English.
