Overview
As part of the Quantrics Leadership Team, this position will take ownership of the internal & external communication, marketing, brand and event management for the organization.
You will shape and lead thematic branding campaigns, publicity programs and group internal and external communications initiatives, aligning to the strategic business priorities for Quantrics - positioning the organization as a great place to work.
Responsibilities
As part of the Quantrics Leadership Team, this position will take ownership of the internal & external communication, marketing, brand and event management for the organization.
You will shape and lead thematic branding campaigns, publicity programs and group internal and external communications initiatives, aligning to the strategic business priorities for Quantrics - positioning the organization as a great place to work.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and drive impactful corporate communications strategy, aligning closely with the different functional leaders.
- Shape and lead targeted marketing & public relations strategies that best position the brand and business outcomes; respond to current issues and trends in regional media landscapes.
- Drive the internal and external communications to align to the business outcome and co- create a vibrant culture aligned to Quantrics purpose and values. The programme and content will include but is not limited to town hall presentations, executive speeches, internal newsletters, case studies, brochures, thought leadership, digital content, and corporate presentations and LinkedIn marketing.
- Lead Quantrics social media strategy, specifically for LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram. This includes scheduling, writing and tracking social media content to support both business segments of customer experience and digital segment.
- Manage the Quantrics corporate site webpages
- Plan and support Annual General Meeting events, networking events as well as company led events, both in-person and virtual.
- Manage projects, creating engaging festive events and initiatives and use those to improve our exposure from external and internal customers.
- Manage the Communications, Marketing and events budget with financial prudence yet ensuring go-to-market effectiveness.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least five years of experience in a Senior leadership-oriented role.
- Exceptional English written and verbal proficiency including copywriting (creative + business) and editing.
- Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong drive for performance excellence.
- A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Embrace a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to connect with people and support organizational change
