WORK ARRANGEMENT:Monday to Friday | Full-time onsite
JOB LOCATION:Ortigas Center, Pasig City
JOB SUMMARY:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand management, product positioning, and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
• Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and commercial teams to optimize campaigns and customer outreach.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and corporate communications.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or FMCG sectors
• Proven track record in brand building, campaign management, and revenue growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
