Date: 12 hours ago
City: Taguig
Contract type: Full time

This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse APAC markets, driving both brand presence and commercial success. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will influence not only marketing outcomes but also organisational culture and operational standards at the Manila office. The position provides a unique platform to collaborate with international teams and champion data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
As Head of Marketing Asia Pacific, you will be entrusted with steering the full spectrum of marketing activities across one of the world’s most dynamic regions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting tailored strategies that address the unique challenges of each APAC market while maintaining cohesive brand messaging. You will oversee digital performance channels—ensuring every campaign is optimised for maximum impact—and lead cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences on digital platforms. By collaborating closely with both local colleagues in Manila and global partners abroad, you will facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure that regional initiatives are fully aligned with broader organisational objectives. Your ability to interpret complex data sets will empower you to make informed decisions that drive both immediate results and long-term value. Success in this role means not only achieving ambitious growth targets but also cultivating a supportive workplace culture where every team member can thrive.
To excel as Head of Marketing Asia Pacific you will bring extensive experience from senior-level positions within e-commerce or digitally native environments where you have managed large-scale multi-channel campaigns. Your background should include hands-on expertise in both performance marketing (across paid media channels) and sophisticated CRM approaches designed to nurture lasting customer relationships. A deep familiarity with digital commerce—including user experience design principles—is essential for driving continuous improvement on webshops or similar platforms. Your approach combines strategic foresight with practical execution: you know how to identify what matters most for business growth then mobilise resources efficiently towards those priorities. Analytical thinking comes naturally; you are comfortable interpreting complex data sets using modern tools so that every decision is grounded in evidence rather than intuition alone. Above all else your interpersonal skills set you apart: whether inspiring direct reports or collaborating cross-functionally you foster trust respect inclusivity—and always strive for collective achievement over individual recognition.
