Responsibilities / Duties:

  1. Brand Innovation
  • Develop data-driven insights through market research, consumer understanding, and shopper studies
  • Develop and execute an innovative marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives differentiation in the market.
  • Assess, analyze, propose innovative product and brand ideas within the organization to determine feasibility, considering factors such as resources, market potential, and strategic alignment with Origami.
  • Reviews and endorses for approval of the CEO the contracts, Purchase Orders and other pertinent documents related to the sale of products in the market.
  • Conducts regular review and monitoring of the status of projects, import licenses, LTOs, IPs, CPRs, returns/refunds, shipping logistics, and other brand-related updates.
  • Oversees the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date information within pertinent databases and documentation systems.
  • Develops and implements standardized protocols for the quality assurance (QA) of items, ensuring consistent and effective quality control processes throughout the organization.
  • Onboard newly acquired brands to be sold under Origami on the internal protocols from demand creation to demand fulfillment.
  1. Brand Performance Marketing
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market.
  • Lead the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity, voice, and tone, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products within the category, including launch strategies, inventory planning, and marketing support.
  • Oversees the execution of integrated marketing campaigns in all channels that reflect the brand's values, resonate with the target audience, and drive engagement
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns, leveraging paid and organic strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for optimal impact and return on investment.
  1. PR & Community
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the goals to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers (KOLs), securing media coverage and managing press inquiries effectively.
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, social media ads and other PR materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values
  • Track and analyze KOL performance metrics, engagement levels, and campaign impact, providing insights and recommendations for future collaborations.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Certifications or training in marketing strategy, leadership, or related fields
