Are you ready to build something that lasts? We’re looking for a Head of Manila to lead the next stage of growth for our client and shape their financial services hub in the Philippines. They’re establishing Manila as a key delivery centre for their global business, and you’ll be at the helm. As Head ofSite, you’ll build and scale teams from the ground up – across Operations (Brokerage, Accounts Receivable, Client Functions, Onboarding) and Finance (starting with Accounts Payable) – while ensuring the site becomes a high-performing, collaborative, and future-ready hub.

Your expertise in Technology, Finance, or Operations will anchor you as both a credible functional leader and a trusted partner to their global stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

We’re searching for a leader who thrives on growth, change, and opportunity – someone who’s as comfortable with strategy as they are with rolling up their sleeves. You might be a seasoned General Manager, Executive Director, or Managing Director, or a standout SVP ready for the next big step.

You’ll bring:

• Capital Markets experience
• A track record of building and scaling teams/sites, ideally from scratch.
• Depth in Operations, Finance, or Technology – with the ability to connect expertise to execution.
• Strong connections in the Manila market – ideally a Filipino national or someone looking to return home.
• Energy, creativity, and the drive to build with a 5–10 year vision and roadmap ahead of you.
