This role will lead the JG Summit Holdings, Inc. IT Infrastructure and Communications group and will be responsible and accountable for proactively and holistically leading conglomerate wide IT Infrastructure to ensure service levels is achieved across information technology. This leadership role is responsible for the management of the IT Infrastructure in the cloud and on-premises Data Centers and as well as our Managed Services partners providing infrastructure services. This role contributes to the development and execution of the broader enterprise-wide IT strategy ensuring alignment with the business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business growth and success.

WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?

  • Provide IT infrastructure services with the best value to the organization in the most effective and economical way.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation, and support of IT systems, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support, with the goal to deliver high availability, performance, and capacity, in a cost effective and secure manner.
  • Oversee the development of desktop services and management of the ongoing end user support services once developed to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Develop business case justifications and ROI-driven analyses for Infrastructure IT spending and initiatives.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external business partners to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Allocate the right tools and teams that are skilled, trained to enable them to deliver high quality service and support.
  • Address audit findings, coordinates resolution with IT teams and corporate audit management.
  • Provide plans, framework and policies and review effectiveness and efficiency of those processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and sound decisions on emergency situations.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a similar field

  • 12+ years experience in technology leadership in a large enterprise
  • Proven experience in leading successful IT transformational initiatives in complex and dynamic environments. Specifically, recent experience in driving hybrid cloud, software defined infrastructure and automation, asset management, service management, business continuity, vendor management and data center optimization programs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to create high performing, collaborative teams; a Thought Leader, who leads by example by sharing technical and business knowledge with the team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships, to build trust and motivate teams.
  • Experience with managing cloud computing, including optimizing operations costs, mobile technology access and control plane initiatives.
  • Extensive technical knowledge especially on Cloud architecture
  • Outstanding communications & stakeholder management skills
