Position Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (BPO I Shared Services)
Location: Taguig (On-site, Monday to Friday)
Salary: PHP 350,000 400,000 Basic per month
Job Summary:
The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for the organization. This role is critical in providing strategic financial insights, driving performance, and supporting executive decision-making in a BPO or shared services environment.

Job Summary:
The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities for the organization. This role is critical in providing strategic financial insights, driving performance, and supporting executive decision-making in a BPO or shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and variances to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare executive dashboards and financial reports for senior leadership
- Partner with operations and department heads to drive cost efficiencies and profitability
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Oversee a team of FP&A professionals and ensure high-quality output and deadlines are met
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in BPO or shared services
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
