About The Role
The Head of Enterprise Risk will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Banks Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This role ensures that risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes are robust and aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and best practices.

About The Role
The Head of Enterprise Risk will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Banks Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This role ensures that risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes are robust and aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Banks ERM framework in compliance with BSP requirements.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks across all areas of the Bank.
- Formulate and enforce risk policies, controls, and governance standards.
- Provide risk insights and recommendations to the CRO and senior leadership.
- Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for strategic planning.
- Prepare and submit risk-related reports to regulators, the Board, and internal committees.
- Promote a strong risk culture by collaborating with business units and embedding risk awareness in daily operations.
- At least 10 years of risk management experience in a banking environment.
- Proven expertise in policy formulation and implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of BSP regulations.
- Hands-on experience in financial, operational, and compliance risk frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional risk certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are an advantage.
- Senior risk professionals at Sr. ManagerAVP level.
