This role will be onsite, and the office is in Pasig City.

Get To Know The Role

As the Head of Driver Operations, you will play an important role in our organization, leading the strategic planning, development, and implementation of operational processes and frameworks. This senior role demands someone with experience in operations management, process optimization, and framework development to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence across all operational activities. You will be reporting to Senior Director, Regional Center of Excellence (COE).

The Day-to-day Activities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management and various functions across Grab markets in SouthEast Asia to align operational processes and frameworks with our strategic goals.
• Oversee the development and integration of best practices and solutions into the operational workflow.
• Manage teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance with established processes and frameworks.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and excellence in process management and execution.
• Serve as an important advisor to senior leadership on operational efficiency, risk management, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards across all operational activities.
  
  

Qualifications

The must haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of solid experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on process and framework management.
• Experience developing effective operational processes and frameworks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
