Job Title: Head of Delivery - APAC
Location: Philippines (Remote)
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
The rapid expansion of Oliver and its subsidiaries has led to several new demands on its delivery capabilities.
As OLIVER continues to expand its footprint in the Asia Pacific region it is vital that we improve and expand our delivery capabilities. Over the last two years, the average size and complexity of our engagements has significantly increased.
Coupled with this, we continue to evolve from a predominantly retained model to engagements with more complicated commercial arrangements including ad hoc project work, high volume asset development, follow the sun production and even pay for performance.
As our highly successful model of building bespoke solutions for each client evolves, it is vital that we keep up with this demand while continuously improving our Project Margin, Gross Profit (GP) and Account Health Scores. In parallel, we need to reduce the silos that emerge and align ways of working between accounts and enable mobility of both our staff and the work between studios for improved load balancing and minimizing wasteful reinvention.
A focused effort and an evolution of the region’s underlying Delivery and embedded client operations capabilities is required. This requires the creation of a new leadership role to chart a course through these challenges and drive this effort forward.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Topline, the Delivery Director is responsible for the timely and accurate estimation and costing of the effort, technology and materials involved in meeting client requirements and then overseeing the delivery of that work according to the contractual timelines, budgets, and quality specifications for OLIVER across the region.
Specific Accountabilities & Goals:
Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:
Be Ambitious to succeed
Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible
Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work
Be always learning and listening to understand
Be Results-focused to exceed expectations
