The Opportunity

The Head of Business Development is instrumental in growing our presence in the Philippines. This role focuses on uncovering new opportunities, creating effective strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue goals in alignment with Team Liquid’s growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Discover new opportunities to expand Team Liquid’s impact in the Philippines.
  • Research and stay informed about market trends to identify valuable prospects and industries.
  • Develop strategies aligned with Team Liquid’s long-term vision.
  • Work closely with internal teams to offer tailored solutions to clients, enhancing value.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Oversee business opportunities through the pipeline, guiding them to successful outcomes.
  • Provide guidance to the business development team, fostering a productive and effective environment.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare progress reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and achieve revenue targets.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or a senior sales role, ideally in esports, gaming, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience achieving revenue targets and working with high-value clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to recognize opportunities in the market.
