About The Role
As the Head of Assessment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a
comprehensive assessment strategy that ensures high standards of student achievement. You will
work closely with senior leadership, faculty, and the data team to establish evidence-based
practices that drive improvement in student attainment. Additionally, you will lead professional
development initiatives, equipping educators with the necessary skills to analyze and utilize
assessment data effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an assessment strategy aligned with school objectives and curriculum
standards.
Drive measurable improvements in student attainment, ensuring accountability at all levels.
Provide leadership and training to teachers on data-driven instruction and assessment best
practices.
Oversee data collection and analysis to inform teaching methodologies and learning
outcomes.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to integrate assessment insights into
strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in assessment processes.
Promote a culture of continuous professional development among faculty members.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: Proven track record in assessment design, implementation, and leadership.
Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
