About The Role
As the Head of Admissions & Community Relations, you will oversee the entire admissions process and manage front office operations while serving as the primary link between our school and its families and stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in developing and executing innovative strategies to promote our school, increase enrollment, and foster a positive environment for our parents and students.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment: Manage the complete admissions cycle from inquiries to enrollment. Create and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates and achieve set enrollment targets.
Parent & Community Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and local stakeholders to cultivate a cohesive school community.
Front Office Management: Ensure the effective daily operation of the front office, handling all inquiries professionally and supervising front office staff.
Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and execute campaigns that showcase the school’s strengths and achievements. Represent the school at community events and educational fairs.
Retention & Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to ensure student satisfaction and ongoing enrollment while providing insights for long-term planning and development.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a school environment—experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
