Duties & responsibilities
- Develop trusted partnerships with the HR functional owners and create and build JBS HR Operations strategy in order to deliver high quality end-to-end operational services for our stakeholders/clients
- Provide leadership and direction to the team; is a key contributor on the leadership teams of the HR teams JBS is providing services for; is a key contributor to the effective running of the local JBS Center
- Build a highly capable and engaged team and creates a strategic capability for HR to excel in operations
- Be an instrumental contributor to the team in executing the plan for HR to create positive Employee experience, to increase the end-to-end efficiency and reduce the cost of serving, to Make HR easier to do business and an enabler of business growth
- Drives innovation, continuous improvement, operating efficiency and effectiveness; leveraging scale, technologies & automation opportunities to the maximum
- Delivering to agreed KPIs: SLAs / OLAs / TAT / NPS/ Budget, delighting our customers
- In partnership with the business, grow the JBS HR operations team, transitioning key activities from on-shore locations to centralised JBS operational centers. Act as a change agent.
- Collaborate closely with various parties (e.g., HR Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Benefits Compensation, HR Business Partners, and business leaders) to understand business needs and strategic priorities in order to ensure HR service delivery capabilities are effectively and efficiently meeting demand, and evolve in line with HR business evolution, creating new services to improve delivery and customer experience
- Constantly benchmark and scout emerging trends, influence and inspire the team and HR partners to develop state to the Art HR operations.
- Take decisions that are guided by function and sub-function strategy and priorities
- Pro-actively manages risks to performance
- The position will be responsible for running and managing the HR Service delivery processes and practices in line with the Organizational and JLL Business Services initiatives
- Influence & Lead JLL’s agenda for off-shore HR operations
- Design, implement and monitor human resource service delivery initiatives
- Build a highly engaged and capable team to bring JLL’s off-shore operations to best in class standards.
- Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource service delivery needs and trends.
- Enables HR Business Services function to partner with business and HR to execute strategy according to business needs
- HR operations subject matter expertise with experience in HR Service Delivery
- Strong Operations background, including driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Strategy creation and implementation
- Significant experience of business transformation, and in particular transitioning activity to an offshore center
- Strong people management, communication (verbal, in-person and written) and interpersonal skills to manage large teams.
- Ability to manage and develop strong global client relationships and provide excellent client service.
- Experience of having a Shared Services set up with close interface with automated Workflow tools etc. is preferred
- Responsibility & Accountability for Work Processes and Service Delivery.
- Human Resource subject matter expertise
- 10+ years of experience.
- Experience of building and leading large business services operations
- Track-records of successful leadership experience and leading individuals and teams to success in a highly divers environment.
- Transformation and transition experience
