Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire kitchen operation, specializing in both Asian and Continental cuisines.
• Develop innovative menus that reflect authentic Asian and Continental flavors, while incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high performance and collaboration.
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and procurement processes to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with management to create signature dishes and promotional menus for special events.

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Proven expertise in Asian and Continental cuisines, with the ability to maintain authenticity in flavors and presentation.
