HDSI: HR Recruitment Associate (Project-based)

Job Objective / Purpose

The HR Associate role provides support in sourcing and recruitment of relievers, event Nurses, or any short-term related manpower need RelianceUnited's subsidiary Clinics.

This role will be hired under Health Delivery System, Inc.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing & recruitment for reliever and event manpower needs of RelianceUnited's subsidiary Clinics.
• Conducts initial interview and endorse the candidate to CMT, AMT and/or Client POC as needed.
• Coordinate with the Workforce team for Roosted Account creation and plotting, as well as for Reliever Timekeeping.
• Coordinate with Payroll for any concerns regarding reliever payout.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data encoding in US tracker/s.
  
  

Background And Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with background in Human Resource Management.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
• Must be willing to work on site.
• Must be flexible with work schedule—willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
  
  

Work Conditions

• Project-based Position
• Entry Level, Individual Contributor
• 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday (with possibility of a shifting schedule; work on weekends and holidays)
• To be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
