Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
- He/she must possess competent clinical skills, with a background in occupational health, hospital, or equivalent for at least 6 months to 1 year.
- Nurses with no clinical experience, newly board passers, career shifters are welcome to apply.
- Preferably holds the following training certificates: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Basic Life Support, and First Aid (an advantage but not required).
- Provide on-site expertise on direct care for both occupational and non-occupational cases.
- Provide guidance on health screening results and recommend appropriate intervention.
- Assist Company Doctor during check-ups and consultation.
- Maintain an effective and accurate electronic medical record system.
- Manage and track inventory of medicines and supplies for efficient cost management.
- Review and assess employee health screening results. Provide guidance to employees with ongoing health problems and help them work within the framework of their limitations.
