Job Description

• Checks on a daily basis all arrivals to the Hotel, and in particular, VIP’s and return guests, and that you are aware of any special requests so that they may be acted accordingly.
• Ensure that all the hotel’s guests are greeted, attended to and assisted with a level of serviced that is professional and within the hotel standards.
• Responsible in hotel guest checked in and checked out in an efficient, yet warm and friendly manner.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of Hospitality or any related course
• With at least one (1) year experience in the same field
• Can work in a fast phase environment
• Good communication skills
