As a Team Leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring your team meets performance, productivity, and quality targets. You’ll coach, support, and guide your team while actively participating in day-to-day operations.

Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring your team meets performance, productivity, and quality targets. You’ll coach, support, and guide your team while actively participating in day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and report insights to the Manager
- Communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines clearly
- Identify training needs and relay them to the Manager
- Address attendance and behavioral concerns
- Coordinate resource and supply requests
- Foster team unity and efficiency
- Motivate and support team members
- Prepare and present reports
- Lead and participate in team meetings
- Manage first-level escalations
- Monitor and reallocate workloads as needed
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain
- Proven leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- People-oriented with a collaborative mindset
