Oversee a team performing OGS-related tasks, with 50% of the job scope dedicated to people management and the remaining 50% to operational tasks, ensuring the team meets service expectations in accordance with agreed goals.

Oversee a team performing OGS-related tasks, with 50% of the job scope dedicated to people management and the remaining 50% to operational tasks, ensuring the team meets service expectations in accordance with agreed goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling Complaints on orders
- Working Instruction Review Process on Orders
- Close monitoring of team operations
- Coaching of staff
- Touch-base call with stakeholders tackling goals and issues
- Manpower pre-planning related to Holidays
- Weekly/Monthly Meeting with the team internally
- Familiarity with training methods, ability to identify different learning styles
- Strong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solving
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly Analytical
- Process oriented
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
- Good communication skills
