Your Role

• To identify the problems/solutions in the daily operations flow, then carry out preventive measures to avoid potential service failure and drive for operational excellence.
• To create transparency on the shipping status through container moves and track and tracing.
• Update the Transport Plan and make sure the port call dates on the vessels are accurate.
• To help the team to set up reports in the systems for regular data audit to ensure shipments are visible to customers on time and error-free.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Process all information and documents necessary for the correct and timely data transfer to the
  
  

Australian/New Zealand Customs Authority

• Initiate and prepare export shipments as per client profile and business needs.
• Handle invoicing as per instructions and client requirements
• Actively communicate with Focal Point in local office
• Maintain latest working instructions
• Execute fast, accurate transaction processing with data parsing, entry, updating and organization
• Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers
• Electronically Archive documentation where necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
• Solid knowledge of international geography
• A previous experience with Australia PRA EDN process is preferred but not needed
• A previous experience with Expedient / Cargowise preferred but not needed
• A previous experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is preferred
• Bachelor's/College Degree
• IT Skills: MS Outlook - Intermediate, MS Excel - Intermediate
• Ability to work 07:00-16:00 Local Time
• Ability to work on Philippine Public Holidays
• Ability to work on Saturdays (if needed)
